NZ Coach Level One

This is the last course in the first stage of ski or snowboard coaching in New Zealand. It is designed to educate and develop participants in becoming effective at coaching the introductory skills of skiing and snowboarding. As an Entry-level Coach you will specialise in either skiing or snowboarding.

NZ Ski Coaches Level One

This five day course is an introduction to all competitive-based skiing disciplines. It is based on the elementary principles of race coaching and freeski coaching.

This course is attendance based and is not assessed. However, it is a requirement that you achieve 100% attendance throughout the course. To take this course you must first pass the NZSIA Level One Instructors Certification and the four different SSNZ Entry-level Coaching Generic Modules.

NZ Snowboard Coaches Level One

This four day course includes coaching one-off sessions through to introducing a snowboard group or team to the disciplines of competitive snowboarding, including Race, Slopestyle and Halfpipe.

This course is attendance based and is not assessed. However, it is a requirement that you achieve 100% attendance throughout the course. To take this course you must first pass the SBINZ Level One Instructors Certification and the four different SSNZ Entry-level Coaching Generic Modules.
